- Nurtures the faith of our congregation through education, children and youth ministries, and a new initiative with sermon-based small groups

Reach
- Facilitates Red Clay's reaching out to others with regard to local, regional, and international mission.
- Serving elders: Elaine Croft, Chris Beattie, Ron Reisor
Rejoice
- Facilitates the worship services and music programs that allow us to rejoice in the Good News.
- Serving elders: Norm Carlson, Shirley Tiellman
Administration
- Supports the church's staff and volunteers by managing office and electronic resources.
- Serving elders: Wayne Brubaker
Finance
- Oversees the financial programs of the church and provides leadership around stewardship.
- Serving elders: John Gast, Jay Fuess, Michele Davis
Home
- Responsible for the maintenance, care, repair and redecoration of all church property.
- Serving elders: Ray Krout
Nominating
- Provides nominations for offices of elder and deacon, Cemetery corporation, pastor nominating committees, and other special committees within the church.
- Serving elders: Cheryl Hunter, Chuck Ross
Personnel
- Coordinates church personnel and provides support to our church staff.
- Serving elders: Meg Aument, Al Behringer, Sally Gore, Mark Legere
Christine Fischer uses her gifts and skills in various committees. Many other members of the Red Clay congregation serve on these committees as well.
