Sunday, September 24th   at 9:30 am (between the services)

Join us in Fellowship Hall and hear Chris Day talk about:

  • Posture
  • Proper breathing
  • Range of motion
  • Planes of movement
  • Joint mobility
  • Muscle groups
  • Muscle contractions
  • Seated stretches

Chris has an Associate’s of Applied Science degree in Allied Health. He will guide us through basic principles of exercise science and how we can apply it to our lives.
