The Annual Congregational Meeting of the Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church has been called for January 29, 2012 in the sanctuary immediately following the 10:00 worship service for the purpose of receiving the reports of the Pastoral Staff, the Clerk of Session, Session Committees, the Board of Directors and other church organizations and committees, receiving and acting upon the report of the Nominating Committee for the election of ruling elders, deacons, and members of congregational committees, acting upon the changes in the calls of the pastor and the associate pastor, reviewing the 2011 operating budget, and any other business deemed appropriate for congregational consideration. This meeting will be immediately followed by the annual Cemetery Corporation Meeting.
Like other Presbyterian churches, Red Clay holds an Annual Congregational Meeting each January to conduct various acts of business as outlined in the notice able. While only Red Clay members can actively participate, friends and visitors are welcome to attend or may choose to proceed directly to Founders Hall for our post-worship Fellowship Hour.
