Baptism

We rejoice with your family and God's family when we celebrate the sacrament of baptism - typically on the second Sunday of each month. A baptismal class for parents is held at 11:15 AM on the last Sunday of the month in Room 303. If you wish to have a child baptized please read the
      Baptism Guidelines.

Chancel Flowers

Flowers speak of Love: love for a spouse, for a child, for a parent and even for a special occasion. Flowers send a special message of memories, respect and joys. Whatever the reason, flowers given in Love always bring glory to God. Occasions to give may include: anniversary, baptism, birth, birthday, graduation, holiday, promotion, retirement, sympathy, wedding, etc. The for Chancel Flowers is on the order form.

Founders' Hall

To reserve or rent Founders' Hall

for a church function fill in and send in the Room Reservation Request Form (either A or B below)

A) Room Request [PDF file] You may display and print this out, then fill it in by hand, and mail it to the church office.

B) Room Request [DOC file] You may right-click on the link to download the file, then fill it in using MicroSoft^TM Word, then attach the file to an Email to hallrental@rccpc.org

for a private function (wedding, etc.)

1.   Read the Rates and Rules [PDF file] for renting Founders' Hall.

2.   Check with the church office to see that Founders' Hall is free on the date you want.

    Display and print out the Rental Application Form [PDF file] fill it in by hand, and mail it to the church office.

Lawton Trust Grant Request

If you wish to apply for a grant of aid, please save the MicroSoft^TM Word file (at the link below) onto your computer, print out the instructions, type the required information on the application blank, and mail it to the church office.

Membership

If you wish to join our congregation please print, fill-in, sign, and mail to the church office the
      Application for Membership [PDF file].

Office Tasks

To request help from the office team in copying, mailing, etc. that is related to your church work, please print, fill-in, sign, and mail the following form to the church office:

Room Reservation Request

To request a room for a meeting in any room EXCEPT Founders' Hall send in either A or B:

A) Room Request [PDF file] You may display and print this out, then fill it in by hand, and mail it to the church office.

B) Room Request [DOC file] You may right-click on the link to download this file, then fill it in using MicroSoft^TM Word, then attach the file to an Email to the church office.

Wedding

The ministry team values the preparation for a wedding and strongly urges couples to contact the church office at least six to eight months in advance of the wedding so as to schedule pre-marital classes. Those who wish to be married in the Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church sanctuary should read the
      Guidelines for Weddings [PDF file].
