Stage 1: The Shell for the New Building
and Completion of Founder's Hall
Step 1 of the project is building the exterior shell of the new building and finishing
the third floor -- a community hall (Founders' Hall). Air conditioning capacity
will be provided for the entire building volume.
The rooms that will be finished in Stage 1 are shown in pink below.
On the third floor finish the community hall can be used as
an auditorium for 400, dining for 240, or a basketball or volleyball court.
There will be restrooms/showers, a meeting room, and a connection to the old building.
We will have catered meals for large gatherings until the full service kitchen is completed.
The kitchen area and second and ground floors will be left unfinished.
Nothing will be done on any part of the present building.
