The Basics About Our Missions Inaugural Race Registration Course |

The Mission to Maine will take place in the village of West Mills in rural Maine. where we provide hands on support to those that need home repairs, handicap accessibility and winterization but could not otherwise afford it. In July of 2012 we will be sending 50 Red Clay members for what will be Red Clay’s 6th trip to this area of Maine, where we have made a commitment to help nurture not only buildings but our relationship with the people there. In October of 2012, we will send a group of 21 to work with Appalachia Service Project (ASP). ASP provides one of the most rewarding structured service opportunities in the nation -- bringing thousands of volunteers from around the country to rural Central Appalachia to repair homes for low-income families. This is our second year supporting ASP, which is more than just a building program – it is a relational ministry. Your participation can help us fund the building materials, travel, and food for both of these mission trips. While most participants pay for a large share of the trip costs, more funding is needed. Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church sincerely appreciates your interest in supporting our efforts for our 2012 mission projects. If you have any questions, please call or email our office at 302-998-0434 or office@rccpc.org. |
