2008 April 5-6: Red Clay's Creative Arts Show 

MUSIC: Various Red Clay members played background music in half-hour shifts.
If your computer's sound is turned on you should hear

BOOKS: Several displayed their work -- childhood, prose, poetry, instructional.
Some were commercially-published, some were personal expressions.

NEEDLE-WORK: A wide variety of techniques were on display. Magnificent!

CLOTHING: Several areas of artistry were on display --
dolls' clothes, adult-scale period dress, and costumes for plays.

FLORAL DISPLAY, PHOTOS: Here a floral display compliments several photos.

2008 March 1-8 Mission Trip to Costa Rica 
Eight people joined the Jeffreys in Los Guidos, where the CEDCAS mission project provides food, medical care, and opportunities for economic improvement to hundreds of people. See the Jeffreys' writeup on our International Missions page.


March 1 -- Red Clay participants gathered at dawn
on the day of the trip before leaving for the airport.

The dedication program for Founders' Hall included several characters
from Red Clay's 280-year history -- some played by their descendants.
Pastor Nate Phillips took the role of the Rev. McKennon.
